Miromar Lakes’ move-in ready model offerings include a designer-furnished Estate Home in the Ancona neighborhood and an unfurnished single-family Golf Estate Villa in Villa d’Este with designer-selected finishes. Both were built by AR Homes/Lyons Housing.

Villa d’Este, an intimate neighborhood of only 12 homes, offers three remaining home sites.
Buy Now, Move in Later
Two completed single-family Beach Villa model homes in Trevi are available on leaseback, allowing buyers to lock into current pricing and move in later. “Leaseback options are ideal for those who know they want to live in Miromar Lakes but are maybe a year or so away from making that transition,” Mato says. “With inventory shortages starting to happen across the country, it makes even more sense to buy now.”
The Trevi models are both designer-furnished, feature modern architecture and offer shared docks for boating, water skiing, wakeboarding and fishing from the backyard. The recently completed Divco Custom Homes model, available at $2,195,000, has three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a powder room and study. It has 2,760 square feet under air and 4,190 total square feet, including a three-car garage. A third Beach Villa model by Harbourside Custom Homes sold prior to completion. A neighborhood of 11 homes, Trevi has only one available home site.
More Models Nearing Completion
Leasebacks also are available for Modern Architecture Collection Estate Homes under construction by Gulfshore Homes and Seagate Development Group in Ancona. Both models will be designer furnished, have custom pools and offer options for private boat docks. Slated for completion in December, Gulfshore’s two-story model will have four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a powder room, study, suspended ceilings, wood and large-format porcelain flooring within 4,425 square feet under air. It is priced at $3,375,000 on leaseback.
The Seagate Estate Home in Ancona will have four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a powder room, pool bathroom, study and a large ‘grand room’ designed as the focal point for interior and alfresco living areas. The $3,295,000 model, to be completed in early spring 2021, will have 4,070 square feet under air and 6,130 total square feet, including a three-car garage and spacious outdoor living area with a fireplace and kitchen.

Grand Estate Model Home Under Construction in Veneto
In Veneto, an intimate neighborhood of only six Grand Estate Homes, Divco’s designer-furnished model was created for mile-long water views and the ultimate indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
