The role of the concierge is to offer a high level of convenience and luxury to our residents and guests by arranging household services, providing assistance, coordinating reservations and gaining expert knowledge of Miromar Lakes, its amenities and programs offered through Concierge Services. The ideal candidate is friendly, thoughtful, well-organized, has a positive attitude and superb communication skills.

Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience in hospitality, preferably at an upscale private club, hotel or convention facility
• Microsoft Office is a must
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
