Miromar Development Corporation, a multi-faceted real estate development company with a portfolio of award-winning residential and retail properties in Southwest Florida, is seeking a part-time bilingual payroll specialist for our corporate office.
The HR/payroll specialist is responsible for compiling payroll data, processing biweekly payroll, internal reporting, employee inquiries and monthly billing. Additional duties including administrative support with pre-employment activities, orientation and benefit administration.
The ideal candidate must be organized, a multi-tasker, a self-starter and detail oriented.
- 2 years’ previous payroll experience
- 1 year of Human Resources experience
- A working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a bonus
- Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
