Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club located in Miromar Lakes, Florida, seeks a full-time real estate sales office manager for the onsite Miromar Realty Sales Gallery. The office manager is responsible for day-to-day administrative activities, including but not limited to managing the customer database and MLS listings, processing contracts, compiling weekly sales and traffic reports, coordinating real estate closings and maintaining collateral inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a multitasker and is able to work with little or no supervision.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Accounts payable and previous real estate sales experience
  • Strong administrative skills, e.g. typing, Microsoft and Excel
