MIROMAR LAKES, Fla. In the kitchen, the blue-and-green custom backsplash will emulate water and complement clean-lined white cabinetry. The room will also offer a freestanding island and a walk-in pantry.
The open floorplan flows from kitchen to dining room, great room and club room and through walls of sliding glass doors to separate covered lanais. The great room and foyer have 26-foot ceilings which will create dramatic overlooks from a bridge on the second floor. A TV viewing area in the club room will be accented with custom wood and tile details. A wet bar serves great room and club room.
The first-floor master suite offers a morning bar, his-and-her walk-in closets and a dedicated sitting area with sliding glass doors leading to a private area of the largest covered lanai. In the bathroom, one of the two vanities offers a built-in makeup table. The freestanding tub is situated in front of the double-entry walk-in shower.
The junior master suite, also located on the first floor, will feature sliding glass doors opening to an intimate area of the smaller lanai.
The Grand Estate model will offer two distinct covered lanais; the larger alfresco area is elevated slightly above the pool deck and offers a fireplace and fully equipped summer kitchen.
On the second floor, the game room and two en suite guestrooms are connected by the bridge. One of the bedrooms will have a private covered balcony. A second balcony is located off the game room.
The model is scheduled for completion in late 2019/early 2020.
