Miromar Development Corporation located in Estero, FL is seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Technician. Miromar is a multi-faceted real estate company with a growing portfolio which includes residential and commercial properties including a gated residential community, interior design center, retail outlet mall, and other commercial properties located in Southwest Florida.

The IT Help Desk Technician provides internal team members with systems support for workstations, productivity and general business applications, voice products, and networks. Coordinates purchasing and work orders with outside third party resources, vendors and suppliers used by the IT department.

Under general supervision, this position will diagnose and resolve technical and end-user problems in a customer service oriented, team environment by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests. Install, maintain, and support PC software, hardware, and peripherals running on local and wide area networks. Provide administrative support such as network access, permissions, and file restorations.


  • Provides end-user employees with support and problem resolution in using company networks, PC hardware, and applications software.
  • Coordinates with employees to resolve hardware/software issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Moves and installs voice and data products for internal customers.
  • Provides inventory maintenance for software license, hardware, phone extensions/numbers and user information.
  • Coordinates with outside vendors the scheduling and placement of work orders for network administrators, phone equipment, copiers, printers, and data and voice service providers.
  • Coordinate orders for company IT related equipment.
  • Researches software questions and new products to assist in increased employee productivity.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Four-year college degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows 7-10, and other general business applications.
  • Experience with Northstar is a plus but not required.
  • Must have general knowledge of local area and wide area networking.
  • Experience managing VoIP systems.
  • Familiarity with Macintosh based operating systems and graphic design based programs a plus.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from users, customers, and service providers.
  • Ability to manage more than one task, establish priorities among tasks, and allocate the appropriate resources to those tasks
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
  • Ability to write procedure manuals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.


  • Professional office environment which requires the ability to work and concentrate for periods of time sitting at computer.
  • Tasks involve the regular and at time, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling and that may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds).
  • Ability to attend and oversee after-hours and weekend projects on an as needed basis.

Contracted part time position conducting fitness classes with upscale clientele at Fitness Center in a luxury resort community. The right candidate will be organized, energetic, motivational, have a professional manner and excellent oral communication skills. Duties will include knowledge of all fitness services presently offered, the ability to conduct risk and fitness assessments and health consultations with members/guests to safely meet their goals.

Must have flexible availability with the ability to commit to night, weekend and holiday schedule. Must also have the following certifications: ACE, ACSM, or other approved nationally accredited organization, CPR and First Aid. Candidates must also have an educational background in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Education or related field.

Must have current service & product knowledge; ability to explain treatments, make product recommendations & keep accurate client records; possess required certifications; have professional presentation & previous technical and customer service experience preferably in a spa environment.

  • This position requires the employee to operate the following tools as they pertain to Esthetic work: steamer, extractor, facial products, hot wax, facial tools to include, but not limited to LED lights, micro-current, and cleaning tools.
  • This position also requires the employee to operate with the following tools as they pertain to massage therapy and body work: lotions, and oils, other enhancement tools such as aromatherapies and hot stones or hot packs
  • Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Become knowledgeable about the facilities within the Spa, Fitness and Pool areas to effectively communicate with members/guests
  • Customize treatments based on skin care needs
  • Performs all treatments on services menu based upon licensure
  • Assess contraindications of guest that may prevent service(s) of taking place
  • Recommend products for home use within a minimum service to sales ration of at least 15%
  • Accountable for assigned schedules ad reports for shifts on time
  • Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services offered. Understands the ingredients in products to efficiently explain their benefits to members/guests. Answers members/ guests questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Completes all assigned side work
  • Set of clean up of room at start and end of shift
  • Attends all scheduled meetings and applicable professional training
