Miromar Development Corporation, a multi-faceted real estate company with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, is seeking a Part Time Payroll Generalist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software
  • Review and verify source documents
  • Calculate and post payroll deductions
  • Process payroll by established deadlines
  • Issue statements of earnings and deductions
  • Reconcile employee deductions
  • Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
  • Update payroll records by recording changes including insurance coverage, loan payments and salary increases
  • Process new employees, terminations, transfers, and promotions
  • Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes, insurance, and leaves
  • Address employee’s pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information
  • Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
  • Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc)
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Process manual checks and relocation metrics

  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred

Contracted part time position conducting fitness classes with upscale clientele at Fitness Center in a luxury resort community. The right candidate will be organized, energetic, motivational, have a professional manner and excellent oral communication skills. Duties will include knowledge of all fitness services presently offered, the ability to conduct risk and fitness assessments and health consultations with members/guests to safely meet their goals.

Must have flexible availability with the ability to commit to night, weekend and holiday schedule. Must also have the following certifications: ACE, ACSM, or other approved nationally accredited organization, CPR and First Aid. Candidates must also have an educational background in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Education or related field.

Contracted employee with dual licensing. Must have flexible availability. Massage and Esthetic treatments w/upscale clientele at Spa in luxury resort community. Must have current service & product knowledge; ability to explain treatments, make product recommendations & keep accurate client records; possess required certifications; have professional presentation & previous technical and customer service experience preferably in a spa environment.


  • Valid Florida State License in Massage Therapy and Esthetics
  • At least 2 years of previous massage, body work, and esthetician experience

  • This position requires the employee to operate the following tools as they pertain to Esthetic work: steamer, extractor, facial products, hot wax, facial tools to include, but not limited to LED lights, micro-current, and cleaning tools.
  • This position also requires the employee to operate with the following tools as they pertain to massage therapy and body work: lotions, and oils, other enhancement tools such as aromatherapies and hot stones or hot packs
  • Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends and holidays


  • Ensures our Mission, Values, and Standards are maintained
  • Become knowledgeable about the facilities within the Spa, Fitness and Pool areas to effectively communicate with members/guests
  • Customize treatments based on skin care needs
  • Performs all treatments on services menu based upon licensure
  • Assess contraindications of guest that may prevent service(s) of taking place
  • Recommend products for home use within a minimum service to sales ration of at least 15%
  • Accountable for assigned schedules ad reports for shifts on time
  • Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services offered. Understands the ingredients in products to efficiently explain their benefits to members/guests. Answers members/ guests questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Completes all assigned side work
  • Set of clean up of room at start and end of shift
  • Attends all scheduled meetings and applicable professional training
